Every week there will be a 1.5 hour Team Coaching call.

Men usually look forward to these calls for encouragement, guidance and accountability as they're moving toward their aim of a healthy marriage and wonderful intimacy.

Though the specific time of day will be finalized soon, students from Australia, Europe, North America -- West Coast to East Coast, have all participated in the program because the value and results of the program were that worthwhile.

Outside of the calls, I encourage you to set aside about 2 - 3 hours per week to accomplish the assignments to get results.

That's no problem. Every session is recorded and offered for a limited time to students.

Out in society or even church circles, there is rarely a safe space for men to share about intimacy.

However, this is the appropriate space to share and get help from someone who has seen this process and guided others through it over and over again.

How do you make gents feel comfortable enough to share? This is kind of my God-given superpower. To help others feel safe, it has to be confidential and can share openly.

Most men don't come for the community of Masculinity Reclaimed, but through the program they are shocked to see that other men are going through the exact same struggles in their hearts, minds and marriages as they are.

This is a good question: When is the right time to change your marriage?

1 year from now?

5 years from now?

2 decades from now?

I work with couples who have been married for 20, 30, 40 years and I have seen them look at me teary-eyed wishing they had done this work so many years ago. They feel like they wasted so much time that they and their family could have been happy.

A marriage counselor said after 40 years of a frustrating and lonely marriage, that in just 2 months, he feels like he and his wife are in their "dating phase again! This is what attracted me to her when we were dating!"

Now is the best time to do this. It won't be offered again this year.

Men may think they don't need to learn about sex and intimacy with their wife or think they should already know these things. Most of us didn't have good role modeling.

But 75% of marriages don't have this figured out -- they either end up divorced or unhappy.

Too many people are suffering.

But if they choose to be a learner, grower and action-taker, they can create the solution!

This is fantastic! Be cautious..

If you've started using some of my material and it's working---this is called momentum and it's not easy to come by!

The best thing to do is to USE the momentum and get the tailored guidance and support in order to go ALL the way.

1) It breaks my heart when someone starts the journey of transformation but don't have the support to keep going when they are truly on the cusp of life-long change!

And sadly it often falls all the way back.

2) I have unorthodox methods, and if you parse some of my stuff with other philosophies, it's possible you'll get the wrong order and actually make your marriage worse off.

3) When something is new, in the beginning is when you're most likely to give up, go back to old patterns, and dig yourself deeper into that pit.

Early changes are when you need the most support and coaching.

The danger…

One example: A husband was really rolling with the system and healing and transformation was taking place in his wife. Because he was moving in the right direction under my system...

...he stopped, now things are still in shambles because they started implementing the process without finishing the entirety of the work.

They started to see change but didn't understand or apply the full strategy for long term change.

I see this a lot - I have a call with someone, there's a jolt of change right away, and then they either decide to be strategic with that inertia - moving forward to understand and make a dramatic change - or they say they've gathered enough for now and the inertia dwindles. And the motivation and transformation eventually do too.

The beginning is when you need help the most...

If you're seeing a change, that's awesome!

This is the BEST time to get support before you potentially lose steam and go backward.

Husbands who have used that inertia ride the wave to total transformation.

That is probably true.

But what if what you did would change her?

From a marriage where they were sexless for 3 years and by the end of 3 months of only his hard work, she was seducing him with lingerie!

And this story happens time and time again. You can do the work and change the marriage.

Remember, when your marriage and intimacy is fixed:

• You are a better father
• You become a better employee and/or business owner
• You become a better friend
• You can love others better because you're not caught in pain
• You can be a better man before God
• She'll be FAR, FAR happier!
